This IPA is a collaboration with our good friends at Sakamichi Brewing. While collabs often push boundaries with unusual ingredients or bold concepts, we took a different approach: keeping it simple and exceptional.

Hop Selection: A blend of American and New Zealand hops including Simcoe, Motueka, and Centennial.

Flavor Profile: Bright, balanced, and highly drinkable.

Inspiration: A beer that truly reflects what Gareth (Be Easy) and Matthew (Sakamichi) enjoy—a classic IPA you’ll never tire of.
