青森の地元のステンドグラス職人との特別コラボビール、Vivace Belgian Whiteを紹介します！最近、私たちはベルジャンホワイトを楽しみながら、レシピをいろいろと工夫してきました。

We’re thrilled to present Vivace Belgian White, a special collaboration beer with a local stained glass craftsman in Aomori. Lately, we’ve been really enjoying crafting Belgian Whites and tweaking the recipe to explore new flavors.

🔸 Key Features:

  • Fruit-forward: Instead of using traditional fruit peels, we packed this beer with a blend of four different fresh fruit purées – Blood Orange, Calamansi, Bergamot Orange, and Mandarin Oranges.
  • Citrus & Spice: The fruitiness is beautifully complemented by Indian coriander, adding a unique floral and citrusy touch.
  • Belgian yeast kick: The spicy, slightly peppery notes from the yeast bring everything together, making this beer true to its Belgian White roots.
